IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • To work an event and get credit for your time and efforts, you must be registered with our agency and you must be signed up in advance.
  • Some events do not allow those under the age of 16 to work at them. You will see those restrictions posted above, or you can ask the office staff.
  • Some events require you to meet us at a location other than our office. Below each event you will find directions to each location - do not call the office for the location or directions. You may stop by the office during business hours (Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Oct 15-May15) Wednesday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.) at 20 E Rio Grande St to pick up printed directions. 
  • Regardless of the meeting place, it is best to get dropped off and picked up for special events due to lack of parking.
  • If you cannot arrange to be dropped off and picked up,  please make sure you allow yourself enough time to park and walk to the designated meeting place.
  • Make sure you are parked legally. KCSB is not responsible for any parking tickets or towing charges.
  • Special events DO NOT get canceled due to weather.
  • Note to Parents: Regardless of where we designate as the meeting place, you must sign your child in with a staff person before leaving. You must also sign your child out when picking them up. If your child is not signed out they will not receive credit. Please arrive 15 minutes early to pick up your child.
